NEW sälen rail

now guys this doesn´t happen too often.. sälen is known for having like the most ridden rail of all time haha, and nisse found a new sälen rail!! sick!!
today me, matte nyberg, tobbe karlsson and nisse ride it and magnus was filming!
everybody got good shots and good slams, we rounded the session offwith a meal at mcdronken (not my first hand choice exactly). and tomorrow were gonna film in kläppens fabulous park.yesterday I painted a t shirt print which I´m really proud of, gonna upload it when it´s done.

when I think of all the worries people seem to find, and how they´re in a hurry to complicate their mind, but chasing after moiney and dreams that cant come true, I´m glad that we are different, got better things to do... like shreding pow! today it´s been snowing like 30 cm which is a lot in sälen!! and after that were going out beering today!
it´s a freakin reunion like all my friends are in sälen now. it´s gonna be epic!!

It´s been dumping here in engelberg for a couple days now and on tuesday we finished our shoot here because oskar was leaving for alaska. so yesterday we sat inside watching entourage all day waitng for today! today we woke up a 8´o clock to bluebird and half a meter of fresh.. packed our bags and went up the slopes, rode all day without eating so much fun!!! except for jakob who stayed at the hotel llobby instead because he didn´t want to pay for a lift pass!! haha, you missed out man!!

here are some shots from today but also some shots from the rest of the week including the infamous monster burger at yucatan... all in all it was a good trip and we got some good shots and good riding, though today was the only day we went up the mountain!

now were off to zurich,

Hi!
So now me, micke lundmark and jakob edman have gone to engelberg,
the snow isn´t good but we´re making the most of it with oskar enander.
we have hit up 2 spots so far and built a third so it´s going good.
going back to sweden on friday so we have some time for it to snow, it was snowing for a while today and it´s supposed to snow tomorrow so maybe on tuesday!! hild your thumbs for it!

hmm, didn´t make it!!
fucked up my runs, but atleast I stood up on the second one, was supposed to do fs 7, bs 9 to cab 7 or 9 but instead it went a little something like this: fs 7, bs 7 then I didn´t know what to do and paniced haha, was thinking either fs 10, bs 9 or jump around to switch and spin cab.. but I did a bs 9 and went really far but stomped it. but the judges didn´t like it when you spun the same rotation more than once.. I understand them though. well anyway here are some shots from laax, going to engelberg soon. PEACE

yesterday and today me and jonas had a training camp for ourselves, yesterday we went through the menu 5´s and 7´s and shredded the junior park with håkan kalle and viktor, and today zebbe joined us and we went through the 9´s and a 10 so now we feel ready for burton european open! I dont have any pics to show you though because I was too busy riding!

but tomorrow I´m off to sälen for some shredding and hanging with isabelle.

double meat extreme

hello everybody!
today I have a cooking lesson,
I really like cooking and hamburgers are my favourite meal hands mafakkin down man!
(I also enjoy cooking regular meals not just fast food so you know)

so here is how you make a Jontelicious double meat extreme!

step 1
you take out your frying pan and start frying your burgers, when they are done add cheddar cheese on both burger tops and put them on each other (dont forget your favorite spices)

step 2
while you cook the burgers you can slice the vegetables and put the burger buns in the toaster to get them nice and crispy. then you ad your sauces (hamburger dressing and mayonaise on the bottom bun and ketchup and mustard on the top bun) very important that you ad everything in this order!!

step 3
now you add lettuce on the bottom bun and tomatoes on top of the lettuce (I only had small tomatoes but if I had normal ones one big tomato slice on top of the lettuce)

step 4
when you have the vegetables set up you just add the burgers on top of that and red onions on top of the burgers.

step 5
add the top bun and eat! it is very important that you put all the ingredients accordingly, I have tried many different ways of putting on the ingredients but this is by far the best way, all the flavours mix best this way and you have yourself a taste sensation!

Hey people!
Now I´m sitting in järpen outside of åre chilling with my siblings.
they live like polish beerie pickers (no offense polish people).
been shredding in åre today with byssa, filming a bit to his video blog that runs on åre tv. before that I was in östersund shredding eith chris sörman, tobbe karlsson, ludwig lejkner and daniel blom behind the lens!
we got some good shit. mostly thanks to luddes wakeboard tow in machine which is awesome. and tobbe even got some "company" advice with mr economics teacher blom.
I´m just going to cruise åre until friday when I go home to luleå to chill for christmas!!

yeah today we had a shredsticle,
very fun, rode with jonas, linus, anton and some more people, sort of pow.
it was fun anyway.
and here´s a shot of me that kalle took at the rail we did yesterday. I stole the pic from his blog. hope he doesn´t get upset hoho.
we had a good 2 day mission and everybody got shots so it was super cool.
only bad part is that my ribs are still hurting but whatevvah!!
tomorrow were going to ride tandådalen and hit their jump.
I´m even going to be eco friendly and ride a bamboo board!

yesterday was a really fun day,
I was shredding the not bottomless pow (which my ass found out) in tandådalen with jonas, gustav and malung boyos and it was super fun! even though I have weird boots that hurt.. getting new ones soon! then when I came home I had gotten a DVS package with some really vool gear!
waterproof survival boots and such! you always feel like a kid on christmas when you get packages. then I watched a movie with jonas and simonsson sisters and when I was walking home I met gidlund, magnus and matte at sälen railet. matte had just bailed and his arm looked sketchy!!! 11 stitches was the outcome..
today I have just been chilling and I´m going to hit the gym later so I dont just waste this day..

today I celebrated my stay in stockholm with eating out at fridays, sweet!!
loaded potato skins, baby back ribs, beer and even a 50kr tip to the waiter from my part! then me and isabelle went to the movies to see "låt den rätte komma in" really really good.. if U know swedish you should see it, BUT to my despair 3 fucking "metrosexual I want to work with media" assholes couldn´t stop talking even though I asked them 3 times.. I regret I didn´t kick their seats.. they ruined everything..
so you see that if I still think it was that good even though they ruined it, then it´s gotta be goood!!

aaahhhh the railiens are here!!
hehe, the snow has fallen and I´ve been sliding since rails with adam falk since monday..
I was kind of sceptical to start shooting at the biggest rail i´ve ever done when I haven´t even ridden ice hall rails before.. but it turned out good and blom got the shot! yesterday and today I´ve been shooting with neuman and today we hit a fun ca 11 meter rail which went good. neuman got the shot! and viktor too! and tomorrow I´m going to do the biggest rail i´ve ever done.. time to step it up jonte haha!

Hello everyone!
today I´ts sunday morning at 11 o´clock and i´m waiting for the pizzeria to open...
so yesterday was allright, it started out with uber mega stress cause somebody forgot to bring my bib (start number) so I was super stressed until I got it, but atleast I got to practise without it. then the qualy started and I stomped a bs 9 first run and got good points so I made it to the finals! sweet..
but then in the finals I really screwed up the first 2 jumps so I knew there was no chance towin so that sucked, but pulled off another bs 9 in the last run and atleast stomped that.. came in 7th place. then we had some poster signing in the junkyard tent and beers in the transition lounge, where the security was a little weird as always..
Instead of going to the snowboard afterparty I went to kägelbanan and watched my cousins band movits play their record release party!
after that me, isabelle and mimmi hooked up with bozo and went to the swedish skate dist pre party before going home hehe.. I know, we prepartied in the wrong order but what do you do? hehe.
gonna go get a new tattoo after the pizza so stoked as hell on that!!

today was training and press conferance stuff. training went good, stoked for tomorrow so we´ll see what happens!! dont really know what too say went to bed 8 o´clock yesterday slept till 8 this morning, haven´t slept that much in a very long time, it was sweet. I think I slept that much because I wa sick, but feeling better today.
now I have to sleep! gonna update this baby on sunday sometime, after I get a much needed tattoo.

Yesterday I was in the metro newspaper in a little profile for the winterjam competition that is this saturday.
I´m really looking forward to it! another thing that went doen yesterday was my last skate session before the comp.. I think I´ve had my last skate session before the comp like 5 times now haha, just can´t get enough! I had a brand spanking new cliché board that is long as hell too, felt like skating with a boat haha.. but still sweet.

This weekend was a blast people!!
On friday it was the premiere of pony tale and thats it thats all.. super good movies and fun to see the whole actionhorse crew again. after the movies there was a after party at a stureplan place called grodan. loud music and crowded.. not my kind of joint but I stayed until 2 or something.. saturday started with a subway sandwich between me and jonas then we watched how high. after that it was time to go to ingarö for the KLUBB KNIEV part 4, bozo and crille´s birthday party, I had an awesome time and me and jonas + about 7 others got initiated in the brother(and sister)hood of knievs! (you tattoo knives on eacother, jonas tattooed me and I him)It ws without a doubt the most painful tattoo I´ve ever got.. but the best one!! thanks buddy!
today I went skating in frysen and got some lines in the street that I´m stoked over.
Now I´m gonna take out the buffalo wings and "potatisgratäng" out of the oven!

Weehoo!
I love this country man, sorry that I haven´t written anything for a souple of days but I´ve been to busy skating my new ace trucks with 54mm wheels (super sweet) really stoked about those. I was skating frysen yesterday and love and mika were there and my oh my can those guys skate! leo ström was also there and I really like his style also, and the usual shredlings were there too.
Today I was at the transition office with jonas carlson doing secret stuff which was really fun, and after that we feasted on max kycklingmål classic with hot creole dip, fries, smältost, and mozzarella sticks. I dont need to tell you that was sweet huh?
viktor at transition has also edited a clip thats on snowboardermag.com and the clip will be in the pirates movie boardbagged so stoked on that! here is the shot:

Last day in tux!

Hello!
today was our last day in hintertux, and it was the best day with bluebird the whole day.. we got to do alot of tricks today so that was super sweet. I feel content with my time here and now I know that the feeling is back. I dont have ant shots to prove the good weather because my camera ran out of batteries.. sorry for that I can probably steal some shots from padres camera later.

thats all for now, we´ll see when I blog the next time, maybe this is the last blog post ever? who knows..

Today was by far the best day and the weather wasn´t even good!
it started with sleeping in and then on the gondola up jonas smelled a bad fart and I said (in swedish of course) it looks like it´s the guy on your left and then my dad said that he was swedish and we started laughing hysterically haha.. the swedish dude didn´t open his mouth for the whole gondola ride.. he must have been ashamed. then it turned out that there was no wind but a little flatligt but it was all good and I did a couple 7´s and 9´s and they felt good. so now I´m back on track for the winter.
on the way down from the mountain my dad realised that he left his camera on the roof of the car so we slowed in and during this the camera went flying off the roof! so we started searching for it in the slkant but we didn´t find it, then jons got a "snilleblixt" and searched in the wind shield wipers little "crib" and there it was! then we had a coffe in town and a very long conversation about style and talent. very good conversation..

tomorrow is supposed to be sunny, that would be awesome.
ps. we saw the new factorfilms movie and the Trice movie, I must say that halldor has the best intro.. "drop in!" hahaha.. and Trice is a mad man!

HELLo everybody!
Today we slept in an hour because of the weather.. I must say that another plus with sleeping in is that theres no hassle in the ques on the way up to the glacier.
But we couldn´t jump anything because it was too cloudy.. so that sucked, and jonas even *censur* so he would be able to get through the day complaint free hehe..
they were by the way atleast twice the size of his regular *censur* haha..
now were chilling and padre is away for a yoga session.. I´m also waxing my other board so I can use it and get 1 cm wider stance.. (very psychological 1 cm for me)
hopefully the weather will be better tomorrow but they´re saying that it will be good on sunday. It does´nt really matter as long as I get one more day when I can jump..

yetserday evening jonas carlson came by so now I have another shred buddie in the slopes. kalle, gulli and Gidlund are a little pre ocupied with the bataleon catalog shoot so it was mostly me and jonas shredding together but it was really fun and we even got to jump! jonas is a tur-fisk (lucky) because he had sun the first day..
we didn´t do too many 900´s though but we did some 5´s =) very sweet, even padre got some good runs. Jonas was also complaining a bit about his boots, they are from 2005 and are a size too small haha.. he is probably gonna rent some boots.. hahaha..

Innsbruck

Good afternoon,
today the slope was closed due to the wind so we went sightseeing in Innsbruck instead. Our first stop was Saint James cathedral. It was really nice and we also lit a candle for my grandmother Inger. After that we walked around looking for a tattoo parlor with drop in but we only found one parlor and he didn´t speak english and didn´t have any time either. Although I´m kinda happy about that since he had a trophy for third place best tribal in 2003.. We ended our tour of Innsbruck with a pizza and now were back in the house.
BTW cool that Obama won..

hintertux day zwei

Good evening ladies and gentlemen.
today was even worse than monday.. I was kinda stoked the first run though because then you could see the jumps!! but that only lsted that run. but It´s supposed to be better on thursday so thats cool, I can wait.. aint got nuttin but time baby.

After the riding me and padre went to the gym where he showed me some yoga moves (he´s really into yoga now, he as a tendensy to get really into things hehe. It was the second worst gym I´ve ever been to though. But well at the gym we met Kalle, Gidlund and Gulli who were checking the internet at the strass hotel so were gonna shred with them tomorrow.
Then we had another lovely dinner at the sidan restaurant in mayerhofen (recomended by Gary G). Good food and cozy atmosphere.

Hello,
here are some photos from the trip down to hintertux,
don´t really know what to say because nothing interesting happened..
We had our first riding day today though and it was fun, but I didn´t shoot anything because you wouldn´t have seen anything anyways, too much flatlight, fog and wind.
It was still fun cruising the slopes and getting the feel back, also met daniel ek and ulrik badertscher they´re staying ti´ll wednesday.

Today Gidlund and Kalle will come also and Jonas will come on wednesday so all we need now is some sun! staying at Gary greenshields right now, sweet house!

hopefully you´ll get to see some riding shots in a couple of days..

First of all, i really dont like going to nightclubs, secondly I really dont like going to night clubs at stureplan.. but it was the Nitro/Secondhands premiere and alot of my winter time friends were going to be there so I had to go! But I was only there until 10 past 10 or something, until the stureplan dudes and dudettes got there then I left. So I missed the movies but I got to talk to some old friends and had a lovely time. Now I´m going to pack my computer and then go to the airport for hintertux! Stoked!

Today I got so stoked and inspired watching all the shredders at the mascerade massacre in fryshuset. almost everyone was dressed up and looked like they were having so much fun, I was only watching a few minutes after I was at the gym.. I was too scared to skate cause I´m going to hintertux tomorrow.
So right now I´m packing and having beers with my dad and isabelle. Me and Isabelle are going to the nitro/secondhands premiere tonight in stockholm. It´s gonna be sweet.

we´ll see if I have any internet connection in hintertux, if not you´ll all get to read a mega blog post in a week hehe..

The coolest day of the year without a doubt if you live in the states.. I dont so I´m not doing anything today, but I had 2 trick or treaters knocking at the door, really cute 7 year old girls. I was also watching the ecsquisite (spelling might be incorrect on that one but i mean really good) snowboard movie pony tale (http://www.actionhorsefilms.com) which premiered today! I also saw the new Pirates movie Overseas for the first time, also really good! Aaaand I took a sweet bubble bath.

Right now I´m drinking primator beer and I´m going to watch X files and Californication. A Duchovny night in other words.

hope someones dressed up as Joker from the dark knight today drinking loads of beer.. cause that was my plan from the beginning. peace out.

anyone feel like skating when you see this? me neither..

Today was really really cold.. atleast if you´re outside the whole day.
But then I hit the gym and got warm again, bought a gym card last week so I can beef up my legs for the snow shredding. Just skating doesn´t cut it exercise wise.
Buuut then I went skating after my burger dinner anyway, really fun just flowing around.

Yesterday I didn´t post anything because I was really busy surfing around the net and stuff. I also went by David at Volcom so he could meet David Stenström (mini shredder super smooth style also rides for bellows, check his welcome vid here www.bellowsskateboards.com)

Skateboard tuesdays!

Hello everybody,
I just got back from our weekly skateboard tuesdays in a secret mini ramp somewhere in stockholm.. pretty good session today, didn´t do anything special but just felt a good connection to my board. I was there with Marky mark larsson and the regular crew. It was probably my last skate session before I go to hintertux on sunday, I dont want to fall and hurt myself before I go there.. I got a couple bumps and bruises today but nothing serious, thats why I´m parking my board though.

I really feel like going snow shredding now!! Cant wait.. Oh btw I uploaded my old promo video from 2007 that Magnus Törnkvist edited. The same shots are in the snowkid movie but with a different edit.

today I got home and found this in the fridge. my girlfriend isn´t that sweet everyday unfortunatelly hehe, but I guess it was to celebrate our 2 year anniversary that is today.. sweet! then I put on New Order - age of consent on repeat and we did the thing that comes naturally listening to that song, dancing really freakishly.. then it turned into getting freaky in other places. also sweet. now we have had some dinner (tuna thingy, pretty sweet). and as we speak I´m eating the G from the pastery plate.

Naah just kidding, but I was skating the freeze house today with the mini shredders.
they skate so good. then I want to the movies to see max payne.. pretty cool I must say but the computer game is waaay better.. though mila kunis (jackie from that 70´s show)is very hot with a machine gun...

isabelle deciding what to eat.

Yesterday me and my girlfriend Isabelle went out to celebrate being together for 2 years (actually it will be 2 years on monday). We were going to friday´s, or so we thought... fist we arrived at friday´s stureplan but there we had to wait for an hour, so we went to friday´s kungsträdgården to try our luck there but Isabelle unfortunatelly had forgotten her ID so we had to go home and get it... so back on Söder we decided to go find a new place cause´ the ques were going to be to long at friday´s. I think we went to 10 different places before we decided (we decided for a couple of them but there you had to be 20 or they were booked). but it ended up being a lovely evening with onion rings, mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers for starters and ribs for the main course and some guiness to wash it down...
